Entry, foyer and staircase renders

Foyers, mudrooms, staircases and stair halls, rendered from your details so the first room in the house is decided early.

The foyer

The entry is the first room anyone sees, and in many plans it is also the smallest. That makes it easy to get wrong: a closet door that swings into the stair, a pendant hung too low, a floor that doesn't stop where the rug should go. A render from just inside the front door shows those problems while they are still lines on a plan.

Staircases

Stairs are hard to judge from drawings. Treads, risers, stringers, the handrail profile, balusters or glass panels, and the way light falls on the stair all show up differently once they are in 3D. We model the stair from your stair detail, with the real rise and run, and render it from the angles a visitor sees it: from the entry, from the landing and looking down from above.

Closed stairs

Painted risers, stained treads and a runner: the classic house stair.

Open risers

Floating treads with steel or wood stringers, and how the light comes through.

Stair halls

Multi-story stairs in buildings and large homes, shown with the skylight or window that lights them.

Mudrooms and side entries

The door the family actually uses is often the side or garage entry. Benches, hooks, lockers and a durable floor make it work. We render mudrooms with the storage your plan shows, which helps buyers see how the house handles daily life.

Questions

Can you match a specific railing product?

Close enough to judge proportions and finish. Send the product name or drawings; exact matches of complex profiles aren't always possible.

Do you render the view from the top of the stair?

Yes. It is a useful view for showing how an upper hall or landing opens to the floor below.

Have a corridor or entry to show? Send the plans, the finish schedule and the lighting plan, and tell us which spaces you need.
