Hallway, lobby and entry renders for Seattle

Corridor, lobby, entry and stair renders for Seattle developers, architects and designers, from your drawings.

Seattle projects

Seattle has a lot of mid-rise apartment buildings and townhomes, often on tight lots where corridors and stairs are kept as small as the code allows. That makes the shared spaces worth testing in 3D: a narrow corridor needs light and finish choices that keep it from feeling cramped, and a townhome stair has to work as the spine of the house. Wood, concrete and warm lighting are common choices for offsetting gray days.

Daylight in the region is often soft and overcast, so windowed stair halls and lobbies read differently than they would in a sunnier city. We render that light when it helps the decision, or clear sky if you prefer.

How a Seattle job runs

  1. You send the plans, finishes and lighting plan for the spaces you want shown.
  2. We agree the camera positions and send a written quote with the delivery date.
  3. You approve grey previews of each view before any materials or lights go on.
  4. We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final images.

All of it is remote: email, shared folders and video calls booked in Pacific time. We have no office in Seattle and don't visit sites. Drawings and a few photos of the existing space, if there is one, are enough.

What you can order

Questions

Can you make a narrow corridor look true to size?

Yes. We pick the lens and camera height so the width reads correctly, without stretching it to look bigger than it is.

What time zone do you use for Seattle clients?

We book calls in Pacific time, with everything else by email and shared folders.

Ask for a quote

The price depends on the number of views, how much of each space we model, whether the lighting plan is final, and the revision rounds you want. Each job gets its own written quote.
