Which shared spaces we render
Amenity spaces sell and lease buildings, and they also have to work for the people who manage them. We render the spaces residents use together: lounges and clubrooms, co-working rooms with phone booths, fitness rooms, package and mailrooms, pet wash rooms and roof-level indoor spaces. Each is furnished from your furniture plan or a style direction, with equipment shown where the plan puts it.
Showing how a space is used
A shared space should look lived in without staged people. We add signs of use: a laptop on a table, a coffee cup, towels at the gym, parcels in a locker, so the room reads as working. If you need to show capacity, such as how many people a co-working room seats, we can mark it on a plan view beside the render.
Typical views
| Space | What the render answers |
|---|---|
| Resident lounge | Seating mix, kitchen counter, how the room feels in the evening |
| Co-working room | Desk count, booths, power and lighting at the desks |
| Fitness room | Equipment layout, flooring, mirrors and ceiling height |
| Package room | Locker wall, sorting counter, how deliveries flow |
Questions
Can you use the equipment vendor's layout?
Yes. Send the vendor's plan for the fitness room or the locker system, and we model to it.
Do you add people?
No people in the frame by default. We show signs of use instead, which keeps the focus on the space.
Have a corridor or entry to show? Send the plans, the finish schedule and the lighting plan, and tell us which spaces you need.
