- Reflected ceiling plan or lighting plan, with fixture types if they are chosen
- Finish schedule: flooring, carpet pattern, wall finishes, wainscot, doors and hardware
- Signage and wayfinding notes if they should appear (room numbers, floor numbers)
- Art, mirrors, benches or planters planned for the space
- Where the images will be used: design review, a leasing site, a board meeting or a sales gallery
