San Antonio projects
San Antonio work covers new multifamily buildings in growing parts of the city, renovations of older buildings near downtown, and single-family homes from production and custom builders. In a new apartment building, the typical corridor and the leasing entry set the tone for every tour. In a renovation, a render helps owners compare new finishes against the character of the existing building before they commit.
Much of the year is hot and bright, so entries and lobbies often need to read cool and shaded. We light those spaces with that in mind, with daylight coming through glass doors and storefronts where the plan has them.
How a San Antonio job runs
- You send the plans, finishes and lighting plan for the spaces you want shown.
- We agree the camera positions and send a written quote with the delivery date.
- You approve grey previews of each view before any materials or lights go on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final images.
All of it is remote: email, shared folders and video calls booked in Central time. We have no office in San Antonio and don't visit sites. Drawings and a few photos of the existing space, if there is one, are enough.

Questions
Can you render a renovated corridor next to the existing one?
Yes. Send photos of the existing corridor and the new finish schedule, and we can show the proposed corridor from the same angle as a photo.
What time zone do you use for San Antonio clients?
We book calls in Central time. Everything else runs by email and shared folders.
Ask for a quote
The price depends on the number of views, how much of each space we model, whether the lighting plan is final, and the revision rounds you want. Each job gets its own written quote.
